Scar: "I always wanted a brother!"
Trust me, that will change...

I can't believe they actually chose "Taka" as Scar's name in this movie. This is probably the only accurate detail from "A Tale of Two Brothers" Disney put in.

This is incredible this shows that Scar and Mufasa made the circle of life kind of I guess but what's more unbelievable is Mufasa meeting the lion that was destined to end him and yet they're beginning is so beautiful This trailer really touches me And they're actually more male lions this is going to be one Epic origin(But since when are lions White Is that even a real thing)

Lion King is based on Kimba the White Lion(Jungle Emperor Leo) of Osamu Tezuka.

The possibility that the Astro Boy series will be produced at Walt Disney Animation Studios in the future is an idea worth considering. Already, Disney has experience producing The Lion King, which was inspired by Tezuka Osamu's The White Lion, Kimba, and the recent Mufasa. Given this precedent, it may be a natural development for Disney to create new animations based on Tezuka Osamu's other masterpiece, Astro Boy.

Astro Boy has an in-depth theme that deals with the universe, the future, and ethical dilemmas, which can also go well with Disney's way of storytelling. Through these stories, Disney will have the opportunity to create consensus with different generations and explore new values of the future.

Therefore, if Disney produces the Astro Boy series, this could be a significant opportunity for Disney to combine its successful storytelling traditions with innovative ideas of the future.

Yeah…..I’m not sure how I’m going to like this movie…..it doesn’t follow the original story line…in “The Lion King” Mufasa was the older brother and briefly talk about each others traits…and then the short story series that followed goes further into how they were brothers. So far this doesn’t follow that. Plus Scar clearly loves Mufasa, but ultimately hates him and murders him. So that’s a lot to explain in just one movie. Don’t know if they can pull it off. It also goes against the outline they made for “The Lion Guard” series that focuses on the original story line….

Prediction: I think they're gonna try make Scar Nala's father in this version. Think about it, Scar is the same pale color here Nala was in the original 2019 film while Simba was the same color Mufasa is so we know color can be passed down genetically. It can also work since they're not biological brothers. I remember making a joke about this on the teaser trailer before they closed the comments, but I just might have been onto something...

But we'll have to wait to make sure...

Why is scar white and Mufasa brown, aren’t they supposed to be brothers ??? I thought we would see how they had come to become ennemies after being bros and good friends instead of whatever this shi is

I'm going to see this film. I love what I see. The new villain looks like Kimba the white lion. People should not judge films so badly until they see the final results.
