On January 30, a clip claiming to “expose” Atrioc for looking at deepfakes of other streamers "gained traction. In the clip, Atrioc briefly shows his tabs, one of which was allegedly a deepfake website.

This website sells access to deepfake images and videos of female Twitch streamers, including Pokimane, Maya Higa, and QTCinderella. The images and videos are graphic in nature.

There was an outpouring of anger towards Twitch streamer Atrioc after he accidentally revealed that he was subscribed to a website that hosted faked AI images. The website included explicit photos of several fellow streamers.
Atrioc gave a tearful apology on stream afterward the situation was revealed, saying: “It’s gross and I’m sorry. It’s so embarrassing.
However, the streamers who were victims of these deepfakes have begun to express their anger at this predatory practice now that they have discovered it exists."

I mean... I never condemned the guy. It's just porn on the web. If he made the site he'd have no redemption... but he was just a user. Which billions of other humans will look at in the near future. Deepfake AI porn is just going to exist. Technology isn't going to regress.

He spent over $100k of his own cash and tons of hours working to combat it. I feel that was futile but I also respect the effort. Most streamers would just take a vacation for 6 months and come back once the drama died down. He actually worked to fix his mistakes which were very minor compared to how much effort he put in.

It's like you Jaywalked and caused an accident. You pay all the medical bills, no one got permanently hurt, and then you pay for the entire town to get a bunch of crosswalks and stop signs. Everyone Jaywalks. Dude just got unlucky it led to an accident.

No, I don't look at Deepfake porn because I'm sure many will jump to that conclusion. Never have because I don't view streamers as anything special. But I'm realistic. Eventually technology will get to the point where anyone can create a replica of a person digitally and do whatever they want to it. Privacy barely exists now. Privacy just is not going to exist eventually. Technology will supersede it.

Ludwig and QT are literally cringe content for normies, and they’ve only driven the streaming community downwards over time. This woman, seriously got that upset people deepfaked her into already made 18+ content, when real deepfakes will come in the future pretending to be politicians and world leaders. I’m not sure why they have so much self worth, they’re not the only victims, 18+ content is innocent compared to the possibilities.

This was more of a funny story than anything else. The only weird thing he did was pay for porn and everything else was between him and his friends. (and yeah he gave something illegal a platform, but he didn't do anything illegal himself)
