I believe we observed a piece of this satelite burning in the atmosphere over southeast Texas. Time, about 7;40 pm on sept 25. The only thing I can think is it didnt re enter as it was supposed to. It left a long tail with a large area of burning debree more width than high. It looked to be about the size of my ford van. Myself, my wife and my daughter observed it on our way home from church about 3 miles south of Mauriceville Texas. It was low on horizon coming in from the south east of us.
