Moga, if you want teams focused on Ayato's numbers, then Yun Jin will be a great pair with him because she also gives atk speed bonus with her C6.

17:20 Xingqiu has the mistsplitter because in your Haran Gepakku Futsu maxed video, you changed his weapon from Sacrificial to Haran so you can test the stack system. Then you gave that sword to Keqing who had mistsplitter at that time so it naturally went to Xingqiu. That is also the reason why Ayato has the sacrificial sword before you began using him.

For me, I just bring Kamisato siblings and Venti for second half. The siblings got those abyss dudes to shield mode in like 5 seconds (Ayaka burst with Ayato skill should deplete their HP to shield mode) and then pop Venti's burst and spam your Ayaka and Ayato to farm energies for the next chamber while killing them in good time

This was the first abyss I got 36 stars, floor 12 gave me so much pain I had to reset multiple times.

An anemo character is really good for the abyss dudes bc you can swirl their shields, so that they kill each other. I used a Ganyu freeze team for the second half (with Mona, Venti and Diona) and it worked really good.

Yunjin is the best buffer for ayato even in normal teams not just big dmg teams. using him with benny yunjin and zhongli is a really solid team

guess i'm right on time, literally crowned my ayato an hour ago. preparing for farming new artifacts, 68/206 with just amenoma and 2pc hod/ 2pc glad so far 😖

update: he is now rocking mistsplitter with full gladiator set (68/240)

Edit: Try ayato with C2 Jean if you have her (picking partciles with Jean increase ATK speed of team) with Raiden or fischl

this is the first abyss i was able to get
to floor twelve on.. and i’ve been playing since october 2020 😭 after around 30 tries i managed to clear the abyss lector floor only to run out of time on chamber three second half :( the abyss lectors had less than a half of a shield left too </3 BUT ayato is actually amazing on this floor paired with the rest of my team so he carried along with benny 😁

For the three lectors, you can use venti or Kazuha (preferably) to group them together. Their attacks will break each other’s shields.

for the guys still finishing abyss, try not to use benny on the 3 lector, coz of the reactions they mixed up when you ult. and perma freeze team comps easily eats the 3 lectors whole

Venti - Group enemies
Diona- Atk buffer, shielder, healer, battery
Ayaka- Use burst/E
Ayato- Use e while Ayaka's burst goes (Can use Q as well)

A really good method of beating the abyss guys on 12-2 is with anemo units. If you can clump them together you can swirl each of their shields to break the others. It would probably also be a good idea to bring a cryo character to clean up the herald's shield since electro and pyro swirls aren't as effective on its hydro shield.
