Being a single parent of a special needs child, I understand how she can sometimes resent her son for the tremendous burden she is forced to bare, not many here have had to give 24/7 bed care to someone in need. We all have a limit to how much stress we can stand, and Single Mother has clearly reached hers. Single Mother you must seek therapy, because none of this is your sons fault, he is an innocent victim here. Single mother, never be afraid to ask for help, lest you end up like your deceased husband, may God rest his soul. Ask for help, you and your son can't deal with this alone, there are numbers you can call. I pray for you, and if I knew you, I would help you, even if it was just to sit with him for awhile, so you and your other son, could get away and have an ice cream together.

Omg I'm so sorry yall had to deal with that. It's easy to sit here and judge your family from the comfort of my relatively perfect life of course I have my issues and far from perfect but in comparison I was raised with a golden spoon. That's a tough one but I'm praying for you and your son to a smoother life and yall receive more blessings than ever. Keep your head up and don't ever feel guilty. There's parents out there who have the most perfect children and yet abuse them neglect them and hate them but you and your son hung in there for years. Not everyone has the patience of a nun. All the stories where a mother has killed her kid/kids. No one ever talks about what she went through before. (Not sympathizing w murderer) what if They have had a kid like this. But because of society or religious ppl looking down on them. This kid leaving is the best thing for her and the kid. Her sanity and sense of life restored (according to her). And for that kid to get proper care WAY better than this woman can provide. Everyone lives at the end of this story. A less than ideal happy ending if you will.

My little brother was born with severe cerebral palsy and was basically a permanent baby. My Ma was forced to constantly care for him. My brother had a personality though and I loved that dude. So a part of me hates this lady but I also sort of understand. In the end I'm glad he is getting away from that family. Hopefully someone can show the kid some love, even if he can't comprehend it.

Idk honestly. I just hate to think of him being mistreated until he passes.

Form of punishment for the sins of either yo parents or his parents maybe both. Yo sins or his sins. I have a disabled brother. My father is a narcissist. His whole family is. I am the oldest. Me and my siblings grew up tortured emotionaly. He is an angel compared 2 us. My fathers evil energy has transfered ontu me . No1 loves me even tho i am not a bad looking dude. Need alot of healing

I think your family needs to put their faith in God. My condolences. Your family has had to face great difficulties and loss. You and your oldest son are bitter, most likely have PTSD.
