A military police officer's jurisdiction is primarily limited to military installation and personnel, meaning they only have authority to enforce laws within those designated areas and on active military numbers, while a civilian police officer jurisdiction extends to the general public within the geographic boundaries of their jurisdiction, including civilians on and off military bases.

Been there and done that. Always had beaters foir our unit and in Germany we had VW Vans...pieces of crap with a top speed of about 63 mph
