Way to end May The Bass Be With You, Volume 3! I have been so excited for the release of this video since all four songs were published on YouTube! Since then, I refrained from listening to Friend Like Me because I wanted to hear it for the first time with the video, and you all did not disappoint! The entire production of this cover is absolutely amazing! And the arrangement is top-notch! Now I can finally stream this song a billion times!

Bobby did an incredible job performing as Genie! His acting is impeccable! I was not expecting Bobby to go as high as he did toward the end of the song! His vocal range is out of this world! If Robin Williams were alive today and had stumbled upon this amazing performance, there is no doubt in my mind that he would have absolutely enjoyed it! Friend Like Me was one of my favorite Disney songs as a child, and I believe every 90s kid would agree with me that The Bass Gang’s cover of this song, along with their other amazing covers on Volume 3, brought us sheer joy and nostalgia!

Thank you, Bass Gang, for providing us fun entertainment during these times! Until the release of Volume 4, May The Bobby Bass Be With You All!

Last I heard, Bobby was “working on” his higher extensions. Those high notes sound pretty fine to me! Love the dance moves, and the vocals are fantastic, guys! Looking forward to watching this many more times! Well done!
