Keystone needs to step up their customer service. Nobody there gets back to you. Not even to answer simple questions. They need to hire people that care and go that extra mile! I have a keystone raptor but I'm considering a different brand for my next RV. Service matters.

Issue is Keystone really needs to fix their issues with the 390DS. Our 2022 is just having too many issues already. Keystone customer service is so abysmal also....

Why do most manufacturers make them all alike? Why cant they think outside the box? I love the 5th wheels that have the stairs on the other side instead of right by the front door!

I’ve alway liked Matt’s rv reviews as a whole and like how they point out the likes and dislikes of what they review, which is they’re opinion from being in so many and knowing the job inside and out. My opinion is more junk for rv folks to buy and be dissatisfied by the dealership and the manufacturer. Could I be wrong entirely? I can accept criticisms and not feel hurt.
