Battalions are going up because in the old book they just pointed the extra rules you got. They didn't take into consideration dropping the whole battalion at once, which helps a lot with getting turn choice, and they also threw in a relic for each battalion, so the increase is understandable

the unit of 20 battleplan means you done need all 20 models within 6". your opponent could have 10 models within 6, but you get just one model in a 20+ strong unit and you control it :) Great video fella!
