I love it when things manifest, I have a lot of manifestations to look back on. One little sorta funny quick one a few days ago. I was in the middle of doing something at work and my rubbish bin was almost full, I said to myself "I've gotta empty that next time I get a free moment" which should be in the next 10mins or so. I forgot about it but within 10mins, some dude I don't really know or hardly ever talk to came over and emptied it for me 🙈. I know it's not a significant event and it's only a rubbish bin but it brought a smile to my face of gratitude 😌🙏. I have to remember to use this method Goddard said tonight instead of falling asleep whilst playing Minecraft 😁. Thanks Joshua 🙏

To achieve this I like imagine myself in the end from a 1st person view. Through the eyes of God. Then I’ll go through my 5 senses slowly, 1 by 1. Creating the whole scene around me in my imagination. Usually by the time I’ve gone through my senses the picture is so vivid I can’t help but laugh and smile from ear to ear. I did that this morning before going to bed (work nights) and then drifted off to sleep. I had the best sleep in a looong time and I was on the couch!! Woke up today happy and motivated and I’m finding it so easy to focus on my goal and stay in the present moment. Finally I can relax.. 🙂
