Imagine this, you live in a small town where not much happens. One day you see that a previously vacate lot has a new restaurant built. You decide to check it out one lunch period, you walk in and you’re greeted by a man hovering and T-posing, you immediately feel uncomfortable but you decide to go with it because it’s a new place and you’re tired of eating at the same restaurants every day. You sit down in one of the mismatched tables and look at the menu, then before you even order, you hear from the kitchen “Hey there it’s Josh and welcome back to Let’s Game it Out.” You don’t know why but you immediately feel a sense of dread. Probably because your name is Grace. Before you have a chance to flag the t posing waiter down, you hear a ding from the counter and see a plate of something unholy emerge, a tube of fish and a line of salt. But there’s also a stack of basil leaves on it. You don’t even have time to protest before the waiter uses his telepathy to move the plate to your table. Now you’re faced with an impossible choice. Get up and run away and hope you can make it to the door in time or sit there and eat it. Why did you have to come to this restaurant?

The poor waiter at 8:00 has the sad, tired, resigned look of having been in one of Josh's play throughs before. Like, "Sigh! It's this turkey again. Why can't I ever work for someone who at least aspires to be a Gordon Ramsey. Hell, I'll take a Rachel Ray at this point."

Can you imagine how terrifying it would be if you sit down at a new restaurant and the waiter is T-posing, levitating off the floor, with dead unblinking eyes. Then to make things creepier he takes your order, writing on a pen and paper with his mind. Like this body is fully possessed by a demon, but the demon still wants the work to get done.
