Great Item. I have multiple SCOTTeVEST items. I like that the Hoodie is made of sweatshirt material. I have the hoodie and the matching sweatshirt vest. My Hoodie has a " Do Not Disturb" drop down eye cover (Clever). Both the Sweatshirt Hoodie and the Sweatshirt Vest allow me to go bag free (nothing to forget and leave behind by accident). I like the warmth of the sweatshirt material. No cold spots against your body. The weight distribution is great. I have many items in my jacket and vest. If I took them off to carry in my hands, they would be pretty weighty. The sweatshirt material feels rugged. No worries about roughing up an item made of lighter weight material. The other materials used in the SCOTTeVEST lines are sturdy, but not as rugged and warm as the sweatshirt material. The hoodie jacket and the vest hold a good amount of items. I am not a fan of crossbody bags, although I have many of them . I always feel that they are cutting off the circulation to the blood vessels in my neck and shoulders and they slide around and off my shoulders. I really like backpacks, but the name tells you the drawback. You have to take the backpack off to gain access to your items. I like chest rig bags, but they do not hold enough and are not as functional as wearing a vest or jacket. The SCOTTeVEST Sweatshirt Jacket and Vest are my favorite SCOTTeVEST items.
