Superset goal for anyone is 2000 push-ups in 90 minutes. I know one man that has done it. 22 a minute for 90 minutes straight. Make it your goal if you don't reach it you be a badass for training for it. I wanna try it next summer on my 56th birthday if my shoulder holds out. Shattered it 3 years ago still not the same can't get full strength and is always sore never give to pain. Thanks for promoting fitness
