Those chords do actually come from a mode: Phrygian Dominant, which you can see it as the 5th mode of the harmonic minor scale.

Dear Ruben Thanks a lot for this explanation. I would like you to tell about the four chords on the fretboard diagram if possibile. It can not be seen in the video clearly. Do you have some pdf or jpg sheets?
