There are many cool developments happening in AI, from large language models to advancements in computer vision, but certain things end up being hyped up a lot more than they need to be. Make sure you’re not falling into hype traps; there are plenty of people trying to scam and get your attention with hype, an easy way to tell is if they recently swapped from crypto shilling to AI shilling. Those people are grifters. Stay away.

No so what I did recently is I got access to two Nvidia a100s for 1 month for like $10, 000
I train my own AI model on data from the stock market and then told it to start trading and it actually made like $7, 000 but it's still trading right now cuz I need to make back my $10, 000

its not just a hype. its a super duper hype. and the reason for it is there are many who are in desperation.

I am also realizing the more I am delving deep into AI. In its current form, especially LLmS it has mostly reduced the workflow from searching in Google, collating the answers.
You still need devs to execute the code and see if that works.
Agents are reaching that state, but I think finally humans need to debug what AI generated crap is running.

It might be a hype but still us teachers will be obsolete soon. The only work left for us in latest four years will be supervising kiddos that they diligently learn with their step step solving AI Apps and assist with motivation if they dont have the grit to sit with the bot. But factual teaching and assiting to understand the topics will be over soon for real life teachers, sadly.
