I hope there's flashback episodes or scenes to when Skycraft was originally being made and the devs, including Alan who buys in, are just so happy and hyped to create a fun game before they're corrupted by financial gain.

I had a friend who started work in the game industry, and she felt a lot like Abby does. That sort of excitement to start working at a company that was your childhood, then seeing the reality. Well done guys, you've done it again!

This implies that Bodger and Baradun were modeled after the original two creators of the game, but after Alan’s character became a majority shareholder he demanded they add him in too. The devs decided to add in Greg, but only as a default starter NPC.

I find it absolutely amazing how Alan is able to go from his bored character that is relatable and likeable to a CEO that you absolutely despise.
