Watch again: EU leaders arrive at meeting to discuss Ukraine-Russia tensions

EU leaders arrive in Brussels for an impromptu meeting to discuss tensions between Russia and the West over Ukraine.

Russia today continued to remove troops and equipment from Crimea, according to reports.

Another train with military hardware left the annexed region after completing drills there, the Interfax news agency cited the Russian defence ministry as saying.

Russia has said that it is pulling back some units from areas near to Ukraine’s borders, but Kiev and Western allies have said they have seen no evidence of such withdrawal.
