Clark gets a technical foul for striking the safety foam padding under the hoop. The same ref gives a " now ladies calm down talk " to Noelle Quinn and Skylar Diggins-Smith, among others from the bench. The ladies of the Storm were about to rain on Christie Sides. Where is the technical foul.

If I’m not mistaken, the Fever were only up by one after the 3rd quarter, so why exactly would you remove the starters when they are vying for playoff position? The starters put the game away and secured the victory.
