The packed size of the BaseCamp-Large pad is 26” x 5.1” and the Ventra Down Comforter-Regular fits inside its 11” x 11” x 9” stuff “cube”. The packed size on the Fitted Sheet is minimal. Because of the size of the pad and comforter, this is not a sleep system that we suggest for backpacking usage. It is, however, a very comfortable option for campground use or family camping.

I have bought a thermarest sheet for my basecamp large, and it only has loops. I've seen snap kits that you can attach to sleeping pads for making quilts fit nicely. But I have not seen any corresponding solution for making my sleeping bag compatible with the loop-system on my sheet. Please advice!

Any sleeping pad that had an R Value of 4 or more is suitable for cold weather conditions.

can you guys recommend me a good backpacking sleeping pad for fall winter camping in WI? im pretty new to all this so not really sure where to start durability is a must as i am paranoid about things popping thanks for any advice you can offer
