Kurds, Persians, Azeris, Tajik, Baloch, Lurs, Afghans (Dari speakers), etc. are all Iranian people. Not Iranian like they belong to the country of Iran but Iranian people like how Scots, Irish, Welsh, Brittany, etc. are Celtic people. Iranian people are multi-ethnic with many similarities and differences.

Hi, Struthy if you like to listen to Persian traditional music, you can listen to a singer called Sami Yusuf and the songs you can listen to are called Janeh Janan and Nasimi. Thanks

Thanks being not a narrow minded person first of all - but I have to correct some narratives
1. Its the Ind0-European West Asian NEAR EAST
2. The actual Middle East is the Afro (Southwest)Asiatic/Afro Semitic areas -> Southern Mesopotamia, Gulf states/Saudi Arabia/Yemen and North Africa/Horn Africa) -> only due because of the same religion the Europeans try to push us autochtonous Indo-European West Asian Near Eastern people to the same group with North/Horn Africa which we obviously do NOT belong as autochtonous Indo-European West Asian Near Eastern CavcAsian people, Ironically they leave Bosnia and Albania out of it, even though they are also Muslim countries)
3. The Far East are -> behind the West Asian Near East borders in Ural Mountains. And the Indian peninsula.

Geopolitcal Europe is not a continent of its own, but rather the westernmost part of Indo-European West Asia - geographically, genetically, linguistically and culturally.
And by the way this is Kurdish, and not Farsi ("Persian", Greek name). Yes, of course Kurdish languages and Farsi are related tlike Dutch and German but Kurdish languages are much older. Way much older
Interesitng to know that the Morris Dance here in Britain is the same - and they the green, white/yellow, red colours too
