I think it would be advantageous (for those who never use the Back Button) to state that you have to keep holding the AF on button to track, not just press it one time and then depress the shutter.

Your bird is moving sideways, so the focus doesn't change. But what if the bird is moving toward you? Won't it be out of focus when you release the BBF and click the shutter?
