Algebra 2 Lesson #42 Factoring Trinomials with a Leading Coefficient of 1

In this lesson, we will learn how to factor a trinomial of the form ax^2 + bx + c, when a, the coefficient of x^2 is 1. This is the easier case since we know the first position of each binomial. We only need to find two integers such that the sum is b ,or the coefficient of x, and the product is c, or the constant term.
