India could have emulated USA. Our IAS genius have worst ideas, The homogenisation could have been done with retaining the 10% equity LTCG. The gov is just nickel-and-diming people who won't go into violent protests. Gov should try taxing rich farmers.

Every tax rupee spent is very wisely to benefit small and big cronies. Roads develop potholes within days and bridges collapse within weeks. Such wasteful expenditure help raise GDP. LOL.

12.5 percent on real estate is actually more than earlier 20 percent without indexation benefit. Seems like government think people are idiots.

Modi should sack Nirmala if he wants to get middle class votes in the future elections. Nirmala is the worst Finance Minister of India. BJP is the only party stupid enough not to care for their own core and committed vote bank (middle class) and tries to woo others. Because of Nirmala, Modi will lose middle class votes despite everything good he has done for the county. Don't know where Modi found her. Absolutely good for nothing Finance Minister. Even during the financial crisis, Manmohan offered tax cuts in 1992 budget and this lady has offered nothing to home owners, home loan takers and all. I never thought I would vote for Congress one day but that is exactly what I am going to do in Maharashtra assembly elections. All fellow middle class, rise against Nirmala. Give BJP such a big blow that they will not forget in their lifetime. Only then there is some hope of sacking Nirmala and 2029 can be salvaged.
