ABOUT - Johnny's Island
Just a simple time-waster game. Some minimal resource management like catching fish, collecting water, and collecting logs for a raft. The goal is to get off the island as quickly as you can in 30 turns/days. There's also a survival mode. Survival mode works a little bit differently where you try to last as long as you can on the island.

Back in like 1995 or so, there used to be a Screensaver very similar to this game, I think it was called 'Johnny Castaway' and it was a man on an island just like this and he would do various things to try to get rescued but his antics would always fail. I loved that screensaver

I'll keep asking for (specially) Alex and Danny, or even Nick, or other level creators, to look at Gray's playlist of both "the Sims 4" and "Species". So they either by just looking at the title or outcome in the video, use it as inspiration to make maps to torture Gray the same way he tortured his Sims and Species.
