one of these shiny beetles landed on me when I was outside having lunch, I just let him explore me. He was awesome! Out of everybody sitting at the table he picked ME, I felt so special ✨🐞✨ I'll never forget that.

Pretty creatures indeed. I used to "hunt" them as a child on a walk around my village and put them in a little glass cup with some leafs, just to set them free afterwards. They lived in some bushes at the edge of the field along the road. If I were lucky, I can found a ladybug—or two—on the same leaf. 😆

You're absolutely right they really are beautiful.
I have never seen them before this is my first time.
I know the red ones with the black spots when I was a kid I used to call them a ladybug and if it landed on you you are lucky.🐞

I used to collect this with my friends after school. Usually they hiding under the leaf. In Indonesia (at least at place where I live) we call it "emas-emasan" or "fake gold" in english. But now, sadly this insect rarely seen after almost all the fields turned into buildings. Good old days.

Here, in Colombia, 🇨🇴 in the place where I Grew up, we have a certain kind of beetle, which have a greenish metallic shine 😍 really beautiful, I don't know its name 😢, they're almost the same size of the ones in this vid, about 5 to 7 milimeters, in Some seasons, the fields are absolutely full of these creatures, I remember when I was a kid, I used to play with them, they're really beautiful 😍🐞
