Connecting Parallel Universe Pokémon Cards??

Never thought I’d say it, but some of the TCG lore is better than some of the main series lore. This lore is INSANE. 2 completely opposite parallel universes colliding, that’s so cool!

So THAT'S why the Expansion's called Worlds Collide! It really reminds me of the parallels between Black City and White Forest in B2W2.

My personal favorite TCG-verse lore is Holon, a TCG-exclusive region in which a group of scientists who tried to locate Mew but ended up scrambling the native Pokémon's types, ending up with new "Delta Species" Pokémon like Steel-type Eevee, Psychic-type Treecko, Grass-type Wooper, Fighting-type Meganium, Fire-type Mew, Electric-type Mewtwo, and more!

I think that this is amazing. I love it when pokemon cards tell a story, especially when they evolve. But this is a whole set of cards telling a beautiful story and amazing story.

You got pokemon from different generations, with different Battle-Gimmicks, the world map is a mix of a modern city with fantasy castle stuff mixed in, and your character has to try and stop the bad guys from using whatever mcguffin to take over the world!

Is this a reference to the cities you could visit in black and white 2? One was futuristic, and one was rural depending on the version, and even elements of the two cities could enter the other if the games connected.
