This is a strange thing to try and display as Steve BS, that situation could happen with a lot of characters. You clank with the hydrant and it extends your hitbox duration

The only Steve thing about this was the diamond bair. This could've happened with almost any other character.

The PAC-MAN auto piloted hydrant, causing the length of Steve's Bair to be extended, same thing would happen with any aerial that has a disjointed, and lingering hitbox.

As much as it sucks to give up stage, it would have been better to disengage since bell had just been charged, rather than contesting Steve of all characters for mid stage with a stubby character in a last hit scenario.

Steve is busted, but this is more an example of why Tea is still the only PAC making significant waves, not why Steve is BS.
