UFO Sighting Friday the 13th, 2015 February - Newport Beach California OC (read desc.) near 10PM

I was on the phone with my friend who said she is looking at a UFO right now, I told her to hurry & get it on video, so we hung up, she took this with her iPhone, then sent it to me. This is the friend who used to tell me she didn't believe in UFO's & hadn't ever seen one. This is the 2nd one of hers I'm posting up. I think it's kinda' creepy that it's on Friday the 13th hm? I think it looks like the same as the one she captured (also in the same location) back in August 2014 here:
