i've had the adi-zero 5 star 2.0's, they are light as hell but the studs wear out so easy and are like 2cm wide which doesn't penetrate the grass/turf that easily.

I recently got the Adizeros after wearing the Nike Vapor Carbons last year.
After 3 days of practicing/playing, i will say that the Adizeros DO have good traction/ankle support. I can cut/turn just fine in them (I play FS/KR).

These are crazy light and the form of the shoe DOES create a noticeable difference in speed compared to other cleats. I ran a test (40 yard dashes in my old nike carbons and the adizeros) 4.55 (average) with adizeros 4.64 (average) with nikes. (Electric timed :P)

I used the mid cut of these cleats and i play QB and they were pretty good, My teamates had the low cut and they said it sucked then they went to the vapor carbon and they said it waz great so i guess itz your own opinion on whats ur fav

The cleat, how thick is it. They have to take alot of material out to make it that light.

I just wear track spikes shoes take off the metal spikes wear two pears of socks put ankle wrap and that weights a bout 2.3 to 2.5 oz. And I do play football and I have been for 4 years and I play running back this has been working perfectly for me and I haven't even got injured.... I suggest people try if they know they fast.

i like the adidas cleats better! they actually look like they have more support for the ankle and they're lighter! plus the look of the cleats actually look good!

if you look at the end of the video where there is nothing on the scale the scale is set to be heavier on the right. yes the adizero is lighter but not as exagerated as there making it seem in this video.

Dude i brought the Reebok THORPE III Black and white (the molded cleats) today, but i'm still doubt that if i would like to play for running back, would it good for me or not ??
