How to attach a parachute buckle the easy way

In this video I wanted to demonstrate how to add a parachute buckle to any bag or Fanny pack. I love Fanny packs and parachute buckles are great for them. I purchased the buckle from Amazon. This on was 1.5in. however they come in many sizes. I used 1.5in. because the webbing strap that I added to this Fanny pack was 1.5in. as well.
