At least the first part was!

I had to go on multiple occasions to get all of the shots I wanted (without bothering anyone else!)

Which means... YES! This was a REAL gym that I filmed in 😬 Don't ask me how I did it, I just did it. It was HARD.

The rest of the video was filmed at home because I OBVIOUSLY am way too shy to do that whole dialogue piece in public 🫢
