Very true doctor.. I drank 9times * 250 ml water today, it will be around 2 litres, I felt no hunger.. my skin use to be dry during this winter season but today it was not dry at all.. every meal before 2 cups of water actually allowing us to eat less and good skin care too..

I like her. She actually follows a diet majority of people can do. She has said everything right. Focus on protein. She also doesnt cut carbs. And she enjoys cheat meals as well. Best way to live.

Very nice content.. myself is highly sensitive to gluten .. initially I found it difficult to avoid gluten but with time gluten 100% replaceable
