“You mention my wife again & I’ll show you ferocity.”

Love that line.

This still is the best de-aging of the MCU, Douglas looked 100% convincing

Honestly like how this shows that Stark understands Pym, and to an extent, respects him even if the relationship is rocky.

Nearly eight years later and Ant-Man's de-aging clips remain the best use of that technology I've ever seen. Well that, and the fact they made Haley Atwell look convincingly 60-ish.

1:50 "you really wanna find out what it's like when you cant see him coming?", that's some What if prediction there

All these years later, and this is still the only Antman movie that feels like an Antman movie instead of filler material for an Avengers film.

I love Stark closing his eyes at 0:59. You can tell he's thinking "Oh boy, here we go..."

It’s weird seeing this side of Howard Stark. When we see him from Tony’s perspective, Howard is very cold and skeptical. He nitpicks every little thing about his son. Tony even said before “he’s never told me he loves me, he’s never even told me he likes me”.

But in any other movie that involves Howard, he’s very friendly and charismatic.

I love how Peggy and Howard essentially say the same thing to the 4th guy.
“You’ve already lied to him, now you want to go to war with him?”

“He just kicked your ass full size! You really want to find out what it’s like when you can’t see him coming?”
Essentially warning him not to mess with Hank. Peggy starts the warning and Howard finishes it.

“He’s no security risk, unless we make him one.” This is essentially the mindset that tends to not be considered when people attempt to destroy perceived threats. Some people are just content to live their own lives, and then someone comes in and tries to kill them and then they come back to rain fire and brimstone. This is actually a recurring theme in most media and has happened in the MCU as well.

I love how they used CGI to make Michael Douglas look younger... that's seriously what he used to look like 👍

I was so, so happy with how they handled Hank in these movies. Emphasize his anti-hero nature, gloss over his Ant-Man days, put Scott in the spotlight. It was the best solution for handling a controversial character.

"Dont look at me you said it" such a stark line 😂

Hank: As long as I am alive, nobody will ever get that formula.

2023 Cap: Hold my shield.

Starting the movie like this was a fantastic way to immediately get viewers treating this movie series as serious as any in the MCU up to that point

For the 1980s flashback scenes, de-aging VFX were used on the 70-year-old Michael Douglas and the 57-year-old Martin Donovan to make them appear younger, and aging VFX were combined with the wig and make-up 33-year old Hayley Atwell wore to make her appear older.

Main universe Peggy lived such a long life. She seems to pop up in every timeline.
