EarthRoamer LTi 2023 Ford F550 4WD Expedition Vehicle Interior.

The EarthRoamer LTi is very easy to drive both on and off road and requires no special licensing. If you can drive a full size pickup truck, you can drive the LTi. In fact, the Ford F-550 cab is exactly the same cab that is used on Ford F-250 and F-350’s. The LTi is more narrow than many other expedition vehicles and RVs which enables driving in small towns and on narrow roads and trails. Many expedition vehicles and RVs are simply too big to go where the LTi can go. The Ford F-550 chassis also features a 50 degree wheel cut that enables very tight turning circles and contributes greatly to easy maneuverability.
Off Road
The ability to drive off road on trails and unimproved roads is the single most important factor separating EarthRoamer XVs from traditional RVs. While four wheel drive is a necessary requirement for off road driving, four wheel drive alone is not enough. Without sufficient ground clearance, robust tires with aggressive tread patterns, a low center of gravity, good articulation, and sufficient power, no vehicle will make it very far once it leaves pavement. With a limited slip differential and good ground clearance, the base Ford F-550 4WD is a very capable off road vehicle, but after we convert the Super Duty base to the LTi, it becomes an incredibly capable off road machine.

Approach, departure, and break-over angles are substantially improved with our conversion. By upgrading to 41 inch military tires with aggressive tread patterns, EarthRoamer maximizes ground clearance, approach, departure and break-over angles and achieves the maximum in off-road capability. Along with the tires, a full suspension swap is performed with new air-ride suspension, shocks, and sway bars to handle even the toughest terrain. Also, a standard on-board high capacity air compressor makes it easy to air tires back up after airing down on trails.

Kitchen & Dining:
Your EarthRoamer LTi provides everything necessary to prepare and enjoy meals inside the camper.
While you frequently barbecue outside, it’s nice to know you have a comfortable and capable kitchen and dining area if the weather turns bad or the bugs get too big.
Modern appliances like a stainless refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop and convection microwave are standard.
Luxury touches like a granite countertop, touch faucet and deep stainless sink rival any home kitchen. Perhaps most importantly, enjoy a cup of joe with our securely mounted coffee maker, no matter how far afield you venture.

Living room:
The intelligently designed interior offers generous space to relax, play games, work, watch movies – or whatever else you like to do in your leisure time.
The over-cab bunk makes a great lounge area for reading, watching TV or listening to music, while the main cabin space provides seating for 2-6 based on your floor plan.
They efficiently utilize every inch of space to provide plenty of storage for all your food, clothes and gear.

Bedroom:
There’s nothing better than sleeping under the stars, especially when you’re stargazing through the roof hatch of your EarthRoamer overland vehicle!
Enjoy a king size memory foam bed in the bunk area, and options for comfy single beds or a queen down below.
After a long day of adventure, the overcab bed is always ready and out of the way, with no cumbersome pop ups or slide outs to setup.
The EarthRoamer LTi sleeps 2-4 people based on your floor plan.

Bathroom:
Like the rest of the EarthRoamer camper design, our bathrooms are extremely space efficient yet highly functional.
The bathrooms are heated, have generous stand-up heights and contain a cassette toilet, toilet paper holder, hot/cold shower, compact “hand washing” sink, mirror, exhaust fan, clothes drying line, and a soap/shampoo dispenser with storage for small bath items.
The molded gel-coated fiberglass wet-bath features easy to clean surfaces with radiused corners and gapless seam construction that prevents mold and mildew build-up.
