It’s Giants mock draft season for the New York Giants as they hold the #3 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft in April. After going 3-14 in the 2024 NFL season the Giants will be hoping to land their next franchise quarterback in the 2025 NFL Draft. The 2025 NFL Draft doesn’t have a strong QB class, so all the high end talent may be gone by the time they are on the clock at #3. Will the New York Giants be able to land their QB of the future in the draft or will they have to address other issues on their roster? Giants Now host Marshall Green is here to break down the latest Giants mock draft from the Athletic’s Dane Brugler and give his takes on it.

You are never wrong by taking the best player with your pick in the first round. The Giants can always get a QB in the second round or in the 2026 draft.

Pick Travis hunter and then in round 2 pick Jaxon Dart although you might need to trade up for Dart because he is becoming a popular choice so he might go in round 1

Ill say this another Sanders. I think he is one of the most ready accurate passes I've seen come out of the draft in a long time. He's raw still The man hasn't had a chance to have a decent line block for him. Make him or break him will be if he goes to a team that's already established or not he needs to be with an established offensive line.

FA comes first we'll need to wait and see what moves we make for a bridge QB. Then we proceed to the draft. If these guys are truly on the hot seat then they'll pull the trigger on a Veteran before the draft.imo

Have to draft Sanders in this scenario. He’s going to be a very steady good quarterback and that’s a lot more than what the giants have had. If we go out and get Higgins or Cooper or something, he will have so many weapons. His tape is great. He gets the ball off very quick, is accurate, and is great maneuvering out of pocket, all things that translate well to the NFL.
