Very articulate Ben. Well spoken. Performance was not there because Ireland applied pressure all over the park and line out and scrum was challenged all day . Well done Ireland . That performance has been coming for a number of games .

Having listened to Tom Curry and now Ben Youngs, seems like it would be better to use anyone rather than Farrell [at least for the post match interviews]

Good to listen to an articulate reasoned interview from an English player after a game. They should send Farrell for a HIA after every game so he is not inflicted on the viewers.

A very honest assessment by Ben Youngs. At International level if set pieces are not going your way you're struggling to get momentum. Our kicking game was on point. We kicked our penalties & took our chances. We expected England to bully us with their physicality but it was matched head on. Owen Farrell had a quite game by his standards. I think he's better wen he's at No. 10.

My husband and I were staying at the same hotel as the England team during the 2011 RWC in NZ. England were knocked out by France and we were commiserating in the bar when Ben Youngs passed us (we were wearing England shirts). He made a bee line for us and apologised, "I'm so sorry guys, so sorry". He didn't need to apologise to us and was obviously gutted, and we couldn't believe that he'd connect with us in that way. Top bloke!

Young's handles the media very well, not fair on some of the other lads who've been knocked on the head a bit more though.
