Being skinny is like their life's one of the goals....& this is spreading worldwide...I am 5'2 & 50kg..
Perfectly happy with my weight but according to Korean standard I should be 44kg....I would definitely become bone structure during such condition

He's referring to Dietamines (나비약) (butterfly pills) as it has a butterfly-like appearance, the main ingredient is phentermine, and it's the type of medication that should only be available under strict medical supervision and is for obese peooek with a BMI of 30% and over.
Apparently kids/teenagers are getting it illegally.

It sounds like the diet pills they used to sell in the back of magazines in the 80s here. It's basically speed which is a low dose of oral meth. Someone slipped it in my drink at a party once when I was a teenager. I couldn't sleep for 36 hours and cleaned my friend's house to the point it looked like nobody lived there since I couldn't sit down. I HATE cleaning I that tells you how desperately I needed something to do. If you know someone is taking this butterfly crap take it away. It will make you lose weight but at the cost of your health and sanity. It'll give you a heart attack if you take it often enough.

I’ve heard about it. I’m a Korean American. I’m considered slim and fit in America. I’m around a 100-115 lbs. It changes. But when I’m in Korea I’m givin tips on how to lose weight because of my thighs. I have big thighs. And that’s okay. I also have ADD, I take the med. One of the side effects is appetite lose. Even if you feel empty from your stomach you don’t feel the urge to eat. There was a time where I misused the medication in Korea. Never again. I worry for Koreans and people who are going through this. People need to just worry about health. Not body shape or weight, just health. But that’s difficult nowadays.

When I was 38kg (I’m around 170cm, I was relapsing in my ED) my Korean friend said “your legs look so sickly.. but your stomach looks normal” 💀💀💀💀💀 NORMAL
They also called me “Sunmi legs” when I finally gained to 105 pounds. I guess that was the most beautiful for them. They’re great people and care so much about me but omg Korean people have no filter sometimes
