Thanks. I was having trouble with the Seelie and this helped me out.

For any other gamers with vision problems: our little Electro Seelie friend goes up against the barrier multiple times. Use the Electrograna next to the barrier to get a charge, and then swing up to hit him. Once you do that a few times, he will appear at his court right next to the Electrograna we've been using. Click the gold arrow for quest text. Good luck!

follow this step;
1. teleport to Kojou Encampment
2. talk to Toranosuke (man guard)
3. you MUST talk to a lady name Miyuki just nearby there
4. teleport to tatarasuna
5. talk with Xavier
6. doing the 3 location barrier quest
7. talk to xavier, then xavier will tell you about canon
8. doing the 3 location canon
9. talk with xavier
10. defeat the enemy
