I think FS17 graphics are more smooth and easy for the eye... and from far camera angle it looks better. FS19 is amazing improvement in many parts, the lightning is just 100 better, but with some tv's and screens it can look bad. I think FS17 was great product and it was game changer. FS19 will of course include patches to make more improvements in the future

FS19 Needs more updates. The graphics can be way better. There should be way more things to do and more details

I've been playing FS 13 for 5 years now, i just updated to FS 19 yesterday and here are the changes i have found so far- it is a lot more realistic now, The graphics are a lot better, the interior of vehicles now look a lot like in real life rather than just blurriness, you can now change the color of your vehicles and equipment, you can no longer mow grass wherever you feel like, you can now only mow grass on land that you own, you can now dump your grain trailer wherever you want. TBH I have only played FS 17 a couple times on xbox 1 and i gotta say it was my favorite. overall i think FS 17 is the best.

Fs19 has way too many blemishes i get that they are including shadows and bright spots better but its excecuted poorly. Also the crops are too thin and transparent when they are standing

they need to take more time for the next farm sim. i believe if you give them 4 years. it can be awesome. 2 years is just to less to create a good game.

I think fs 19 is way to bright and hard on the eyes but fs17 looks good the lighting looks better and much more enjoyable so Ill fs 17 more than fs 19

The only thing i would like for 19 to change in a hurry... is the Krone Mower at 6:23, it needs a working trailer attachment asap in 19, but alot in 19 tells my already that multiplayer will be a think you have to at some point to advance in your farmlife, you cannot simply solo it to glory, and that's a shame.

I have all versions of Farming Simulator except FS19. I prefer FS17 and still run FS15 for some favouite maps.
AS a pensioner I cannot justify the cost of FS19, for as I see it, very small benefits.

I still love FS17. The only issue I see with FS19 is the crop looks a little spread out which I kinda don’t like it.

not quite a fair comparison, you haven't loaded any of the basic Giants modules that were released for FS17 (ground response/mud tires etc) for a start, the lighting in FS19 is like looking directly at the sun, its far too over the top. the aforementioned modules became standard for the game and make up the base of fs19.. hence its more fair to compare fs17 with those modules activated.

FS17 with even a half dozen decent mods is far better, might not have the graphical flare but it plays many times better.

17 is more complete at launch, 19 is better overall but needs updates now! So in my opinion FS17 is better because the mods are better, and it feels more complete. This is coming from a Farm Sim Veretan who has been playing since FS2011

I don't find the difference enough to make it worth sacrificing all my saved games in FS17. I don't like the washed out colours in FS19 either.
