100% RESPECT to Bielsa. The Conmebol organization was more interested in $$$ than the game. Shameful, shameful!

NFL stadiums are not suitable for football. At the 2024 European Championship, a stadium in Frankfurt was used in the same way and all the teams that had to play on that field, ended up complaining.

If USA intends to hold the world cup 2026 in the same way, it will be a shit show.

There's a coach you'd love to play for, a guy you'd run through walls for.

As a USA fan I went through all the drama of our supporters group of American Outlaws. CONMEBOL didn't let them bring any drums in and didn't let them organize a supporters section for the games. CONMEBOL came into this tournament only in it for the money. In Glendale it was 100+ dollars for the Colombia vs Costa Rica game which I was never going to pay as a neutral. I hope the World Cup isn't a disaster like this and they learn from Copa.

Saludos.

Nickname Loco is because is different no because is crazy. Loco in Argentina is when you try to do something different.
Wait until the hooligans from Europe come to USA, be ready. For us football or soccer is not just to go to stadium to eat hotdogs and popcorn

I've been waiting for YEARS to hear somebody tired of fearing the big bad men in suits and say the TRUTH of the inside. I've even fantasized every once in a while about being there myself and calling things by their name. It takes a true... madman, to do this in this way and at this time. And I love it, even though they'll make him pay for it.

I think usa doesn't know how tense and serious futbol is taken around the world

I think Bielsa in some ways is right, CONMEBOL deserves a lot of criticism for how they handled the entire tournament as a whole. They could have insisted that each stadium put in some actual grass so that the pitches could properly host a match and could have found every team a proper training ground for the national teams competing. I don’t really the US needing to be blamed as much as CONMEBOL.

The pitch really is horrendous. If I can see how bad it is from my living room there's a problem.

Thank F**K for people like Marcelo Bielsa. It's long overdue that ppeople start calling out the 'money-mongers' who are running football... more and more.
A 'competition' is, by definition, played between opponents who all have the exact same circumstances and conditions. It's what's called a 'level playing field'.
