It’s a shame this movie doesn’t get the recognition it deserves because it’s honestly fantastic. Chase captures the 60s teenage-young adult vibe to perfection. The ending was absolutely phenomenal and definitely inspired by Chase’s love for European cinema. Wish he could at least make one more movie or two.

This movie couldn't have been better. I love the 60's, the location, James Gandolfini and David Chase. The Sopranos is one of my all time favorite shows and this movie most definitely had a little bit of that vibe.

I’m shocked Gandolfini did this - considering his complicated relationship with Chase at the time. And I’m also surprised he pretty much looks and acts like Tony Soprano, except with glasses.
Also, Chase just wasn’t meant to be a movie director.
