Dude, been lovin’ all your videos, I’m 14, 6’1 and starting basketball season end of the month. Been working on my legs/whole body the entire summer, and now I’m wondering how I could train whole body during season if I’m doing basketball 4 days a week? Or how I should train legs, specifically
