This is just my observation about Alice Guo:

-She repeats her life on the farm over and over again. You can have a drinking game whenever she says "farm".
-She uses emotion (while being teary-eyed), and not facts about her life to gain sympathy from Karen.
-She talks kind of weirdly in Tagalog despite claiming that she has spoken Tagalog all her life.
-She can't talk even a little Kapampangan when she's the mayor of Tarlac with many Kapampangan speakers. For a mayor, is it not expected for her to learn even the most basic words in Kapampangan to connect more with the people there?
-How could she never question her childhood and father for not having a formal education and hiding her on the farm?
-She seems so suspicious of being too cautious about talking about her land and properties when she is a public official who should disclose her properties. It doesn't have to be very specific.
-She can't tell even one personal experience about her relationships with other people in her province.
-She avoids answering essential questions and proceeds to go back to "the farm" again.
-When she's answering, her eyes move too much as if avoiding eye contact because she's hiding something.
-When she's telling a supposed memory, she mostly looks to her upper left corner. There's a theory that says that when you're constructing an idea not from your memory, you tend to look to the upper left corner. So, it seems that she's making things up.
-She always says that she's Filipino but doesn't know how to prove it other than saying "Ako po ay isang Pilipino", and "I have a Filipino passport" repeatedly.

These are just my opinion, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
