I believe the 4x tech luck only applies to stages where u can get rerolls, so if its a 30% chance to get rerolls in a raid it goes to 120% or something like that, i dont think it applies to the actual techniques you can get so its doesnt go from 0.2 % to 0.8% for overlord

Sadly the 4x isn’t technique luck, it’s technique crystals you get from challenges

For the 4x technique luck it means that you have a 4x higher chance to get the rerolls not 4x luckier when rerolling
