This was my very first car, it was so awesome knowing this little tin can could technically take me anywhere. I've owned many other cars since including a Mitsubishi Eclipse, an r33 Skyline and a few other nice rides.

Still though, to this date, I would just like to have a Matiz again just for the heck of it. To think back to a more simple time when I was in college, and I was listening to cheesy nu-metal through the awful sound system lol. The car was pretty bullet proof, but I had the base model so there was also almost nothing to go wrong anyway. The engine was quite good, it's just a shame the metal was of low quality so all of these ended up failing inspection and landed on the scrap heap after about 15 years. Especially colder and more humid areas ate these things up like no tomorrow. It was fascinating to have such a light car, no power steering, windy window handles and doing anything over 120km/h felt like 260km/h in my r33 Skyline.

После получения прав ездил на старом матизе родителей, к счастью он до сих пор у них, не смотря на то что они пересели с него на соренто. Вот реально великолепный автомобиль, без преувеличения. За 12 лет сломалась только катушка зажигания, бензин почти не жрет, 50 сил при его весе дают действительно неплохую динамику. Микроскопические габариты очень удобные были для меня, начинающего водителя. Не смотря на размер, внутри места достаточно. Очень хочу поскорее летние каникулы, чтоб вернуться домой и снова гонять на этом малыше

I had the 1998 daewoo matiz S.E 0.8 petrol. In gold with alloy wheels, exhaust tip, spoiler. Nice looking car was pretty reliable. Cornering was amazing and factory sound system was pretty good. The styling was pretty unique and held up for years. I remember an air restriction tube on the air filter box. You can take it out and it improves acceleration a little bit.

Главное какой хозяин . Техника любит ласку чистоту и смазку . Матиз 2007г бомба на механике 7 лет отездил и продал 20014 г думаю новоя хозяйка довольна . Отличная машина . 👍

I owned one of these briefly and was shocked at how roomy it was inside. Im over 6ft and there was plenty of leg and head room both in the front and rear.
