Can Jianxin work with Encore + Changli?
Because I'm wondering if it might be beneficial for Changli to take advantage of Jianxin's passive, which provides a Resonance Liberation bonus.
Especially since its Resonance Liberation now costs 125 energy instead of 150.
I'm a bit hesitant because of a Zhezhi to benefit from both Encore and Changli.

I heard from other creators that the difference between changli signature weapon and the standard emerald of genesis is 11 - 14% difference(tho I'm skeptic about it).. and also the field time for jinhsi recurring to her skill(nuke) is like 10 - 13sec per rotation with dmg around 100 - 200k(if full stack, and signature weapon)... so does changli offer the same value recurring to her field time?? Or she takes a lot of time to finish her rotation? Would really appreciate if this doubt of mine is cleared..

Jinhsi's rotation is 12 seconds due to not relying on ult and having only 12 seconds cooldown on main forte's skill.. if youre avoiding her Resonance liberation.. and Also jinhsi was using spectro + spectro with signature even tho spectro+ atk is a quite big increase from my experience assuming you have equally good subs


however changli's rotation kind of rely on her resonance liberation. Which has a cooldown of 20 seconds.. her bis is fusion+ fusion if im not wrong

Soo if changli foes 12% more dmg than jinhsi in 20 seconds.. comapred to jinhsi who foes 12% less dmg under 12 seconds..

Jinhsi's dps is still higher right?
