"All this money is from Central City and I'm fine."

Everybody collectively:

If The Flash will chase a dude through time over a Lollipop you stole from a child, then you better be scared of commiting a major crime around Central City

Wally probably was listening to their stories until that guy said the money was from central city

"He TALKS to you. Gives you a chance. It's the worst, to be reminded that you can do better!"

I love the scramble of “FUCK maybe we can get this money back into the bank before he shows up!”

“Batman breaks your bones, superman throws you in jail, but the flash? He gives you a second chance.”

If flash could actually be smart with his power and solve situations quickly then he would be more feared than Batman

Flash literally ran through time to take a kid’s candy back from a villain. Flash is fkn crazy. Don’t fuck with him

I remembered the time when Bart Allen was killed, Wally put the fear of god into Inertia. He took all his speed and placed him like a statue in the Flash Museum.

“I think it’s all hype.”

The flash, waiting outside this whole time: he must be new here. I’ll give him a chance.”

Dc crime city in a nutshell:

Gotham: mind trick resistance only villains
Metropolis: Alien or wierd looking villains only
Central city: It's too damn fast. I can't see anything

Remember the JLU episode centred on Flash's villains? He "beats" The Prankster by talking him down, reminding him to take his meds, promising to play a game of (velcro) darts with him, and making him promise to turn himself in once he'd finished his drink.

Flash is "I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed" embodied in red spandex.

I don't want to deal with Gotham's villains who love to play mind games regularly.

Here’s the thing about The Flash, he stops to talk makes you think your gonna get away and then defeats you. And when you Star thinking in like jail or something like that, you realized that he could’ve murdered you. And that all he needs is one bad day. And I think that’s what makes some of the smarter villains terrified of The Flash. He could just rip out your with out breaking a sweat.

Since writers keep upping the ante about how fast the Flash is, he absolutely should be the most terrifying hero. He can move and act faster than you can think.

Literally.

He can move faster than the time it takes your brain to process information and and do something. Faster than the nerve pulses your brain sends to your mental scles to tell THEM to do something.

But he can think at those speeds as if he were taking a brisk walk.

He xan move fast enough to fill your entire field of vision simultaneously. And not as after images, either. The time it takes him to go from one spot to another simply doesn't exist.

The man can run through time under his own power. He beat teleportation on a race across the galaxy, he ran faster than "instant"!

He outran DEATH.

Amd if he really wants to obliterate you, he can run fast enough to punch you with INFINITE MASS!

And if he doesn't wanna kill you, he can easily influct a fate worse than death, like when Wally stole all of Inertia's speed, slowed him down to the point he had "eyes that take 100 years to blink" and replaced the Inertia statue in the Flash museum with the REAL INERTIA!

Just the way he smiles about it like it's all a fun little game is enough to terrify me if I were a DC villain
