I’ve always been skipping school because of how much overwhelming it becomes at a point, I just try to escape it and convince myself by thinking that ‘everything will be better when I grow up, it’s just a phase’
This video came at a very right time; one of my classmate decided to invite me to a party, which is tomorrow, not out of sympathy, but because they genuinely wanted ME to be there..
now, instead of escaping the event, I will FACE IT, get used to it, and try to make a new comfort zone of mine!
I thank the universe so much for introducing me to you, because u are helping me SOOO much in my personality development

So true...I always fear I'm not skilled or trained enough for something but diving in, making mistakes, learning builds skills and confidence

I started doing little things like my nails, blow drying my hair, wear better fitted clothes and now I’m feeling a lot better about myself. I finally booked that yoga retreat I’ve always wanted to go on, my first solo holiday in years! Oh and I started doing yoga everyday!

Being overweight, I’m scared of dancing cause I don’t have a fine figure like other dancers, so I always thought to myself that I’ll be a better dancer when I lose weight. Literally coincidence I was just dancing to try and give it a go and I was relieved it was only me in the room, but literally I just found this vid minutes later so thank you so much. It was technically a sign for me to start being confident on myself and not make excuses and self pity. Thank you so much I really mean it 🥺🥺🥺🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

I used to fear public speaking, but I love teaching so it takes practice to be comfortable to stand up in front of people. Feel the fear but do it anyway.

What I struggle with the most about seeking help is how i get treated differently for admitting my struggle with anxiety, depression and fears to the healthcareworkers. Some responds as expected at first and some responds in a way i feel uncomforable with. They added their own conclusions and they asked me to trust them without any further and for me to always hand over proofs for them to trust me but not likewise for me to trust them. Even if i asked for it, i had no care plan or care coordinator. They only kept inteviews that led to nothing and added irrelevance to my journals and even added wrong informations. They could tell i had problems with the things i went there for but they could never "guide" me out of it. Your videos summarize things that took the healthcare years to say if ever. And they didn't care about the consequences even though it caused isolation which made everything even worse. Your channel reaches out to people who elsewise are limited of hearing all these great things you talk about. Your work i important indeed.
