Two hands should not be a disqualifier when oponent keeps throwing the pieces all over the board. Oponent saves time and you need to spend time considering intended square and it may take longer to grab.

Don't understand why you're complaining about the increment. Time-management was always part of chess, even in the 30's. And if you lived in the 80's you would not even dream of your coments about "thats no chess".
