The "attractiveness" test missed important mulitcultural/multifaceted points. I would have liked to see data around attractiveness as it relates to: ethnicity, age, maybe even BMI or Body Fat Percentage, if the speaker had a foreign accent? Were the pitches done by anglo saxons or did it vary? The idea that women at their peak attractiveness level, fall behind in potential investement opportunities, begs the question, compared to who and which physical variables?

Alison love it how you said in the HBR ideacast 9 Feb 2018 that your professor friend at MIT says she likes to take pictures so it look that she is "not to be f*cked with!" And advice for a new manager is just to "kick ass"! Good advice! #win

Also my experience with sociopaths their predatory drive is to strong for them to value personal space. They whole concept of personal space "bubble" may offend them. Once again not understanding the purpose and feeling stupid about it.
